M.Tech. Counseling 2012-13


The counseling for admission to various M.Tech. Programmes (as per the seat matrix enclosed) at G.B. Pant Engineering College Pauri Garhwal  will be held on 8th & 9th August 2012 at M.G. Auditorium in the College Campus, as per the  following schedule:

1.     Date of reporting   : 8th August 2012 (10:00 am to 4:00 pm)

2.     Date of counseling : 9th August 2012 (at 10:00 am)

Preference will be given to the GATE qualified candidates. Vacant seats, if any, will be filled on the basis of B.Tech. merit.

Candidates are required to bring the following documents in original, alongwith a set of photocopy, for counseling and ensure confirmation of admission.

1.     Mark sheet & Certificate 10th Class

2.     Mark Sheet & Certificate 12th Class

3.     Mark Sheet & Certificate  B.Tech.

4.     GATE Score Card

5.     Category certificate [SC/ST/OBC*]

6.     Migration Certificate

7.     Character Certificate

*The OBC Certificate must be issued after 08/02/2012

Candidates have to deposit a DD of Rs. 1000/- (one thousand only, non refundable) as counseling charges in favour of Principal, GBPEC Pauri Garhwal, payable at Pauri Garhwal.

The admitted candidates have to deposit a DD of Rs. 26105/- (Rs. Twenty six thousand one hundred and five only) (*see fees details) in favour of Principal, GBPEC Pauri Garhwal, payable at Pauri Garhwal on 9th August for confirmation of admission.
