Minimum Qualification:
|
Assistant Professor (Engineering Discipline) |
BE/B Tech and ME/M Tech in relevant branch with First Class
or equivalent either in
BE/B Tech or
ME/M Tech. |

Assistant Professor (Applied Sciences) |
First class or equivalent Grade at Masters
Degree level
in the relevant field from an Indian
University or any
equivalent degree
from
an
accredited foreign University. The candidates must be UGC/CSIR NET qualified or
similar Test accredited by UGC
or SLET/SET. The candidates, who are or have been awarded
Ph.D. degree in compliance of the University Grant Commission
(minimum standers and procedure for award of Ph. D
degree Regulations 2009”) shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET. Preference will be given to First class Masters and First class
Bachelors Degree
holders or candidates possessing Ph.D. qualification in the appropriate
field of Humanities/Science.
Further, NET/SLET/SET shall not be essential for eligibility for such Masters
programmes in which these examinations
are not conducted. |
