The institute campus is situated at Ghurdauri (13Km from main bus stand of Pauri) at an altitude of 1650 meters. GBPEC Pauri is about 110 km from Rishikesh/Kotdwar and  is  well  connected  by  roads.  The  nearest  railway station is at Rishikesh/Kotdwar (UK). The nearest airport is at Jollygrant (Rishikesh). Direct flights from Delhi to Jollygrant are available. The campus has pleasant  lush green pine trees surrounding, facing the snow clad mountain ranges.
