SCHEDULE OF CLASS TESTS, 2011-2012(ODD SEMESTER)

The schedule of Class Tests  for  2011-2012  (Odd Semester) for  all UG/PG  courses  is  given in the following pages.

Class Test I	29 Sept (Thu) 30 Sept (Fri) 01 Oct (Sat)
Class Test II	21 Nov (Mon) 22 Nov (Tue)  23 Nov (Wed)
Make Up Class Test	01 Dec (Thu)  02 Dec (Fri)    03 Dec (Sat)

The test schedule for Practical will be announced by the concerned Faculty as required.

As per the direction of the Principal, the faculty members have to follow the instructions given below to conduct the class test:

1. Set the class test question paper; make the required number of photocopies and envelopes as per the  seating  plan  enclosed.  The  photocopy  of  the  question  paper  will  be  provided  by  the examination section.
2. Report at the respective lecture theatre with the question paper envelopes and required number of class test answer sheets of the assigned subject.
3. Distribute  the  required  number  of  class  test  answer  sheets,  sealed  envelope  containing  the question papers and attendance sheet to the respective invigilators as per the duty chart enclosed.
4. Collect the class test answer sheets and attendance sheet from the respective invigilators after conducting the class test.
5. Take the class test answer sheets for checking.
6. Submit the attendance sheet; checked class test answer sheets along with a copy of the class test marks to the respective head of the department after display of the class test marks to the students as per the academic calendar 2011-12.
